Interview Process – What to Expect

Step 1: Initial Interviews

Each candidate participates in three independent first-round interviews with relevant team members. These discussions focus on your technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and overall fit. Clear feedback and voting rationale are recorded to ensure fairness and transparency.

Step 2: Leadership & HR Discussion

Candidates who receive at least two positive (+1) evaluations advance to the next stage. At this level, you will meet senior functional leaders and directors to discuss your expertise, expectations, and potential impact. You will also connect with our HR team to learn more about our work culture, employee benefits, and growth opportunities.

Step 3: Final Leadership Conversation

In the final stage, you will meet with senior leadership. This conversation focuses on our values, long-term vision, and how your role contributes to maintaining and strengthening what matters most to our organization.
